FEI-ONGRID LP (the “Fund”) is a Close-End Fund regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, managed by Cygnum Capital Asset Management Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) of the United Kingdom. Cygnum Capital Asset Management and its Affiliates are collectively referred to on this page as “Cygnum Capital”.

1. Personal data categories we collect and process about you
The main categories of personal data processed by us, are (inter alia):
- Identification data: full name, title, gender, date of birth, passport number, national identification number, bank account information, signature;
- Professional information: organisation, position/job title, work address, telephone number, email address, CV
- Technical data: IP addresses, the type of connection, the browser you use, your device’s operating system, the pages you visited on the Website you’re your username and password; and/or
- Sensitive personal data: in limited circumstances, and where allowed by law, we may collect your photo, profile pictures, pictures from events and videos, or information about your political affiliations for us to determine whether you are a politically exposed person.
2. Why do we process your personal data
Any personal data provided to us is processed based on the legal grounds enumerated in Article 6(1) of GDPR and UK GDPR. In particular:
- Where you, the data subject has provided consent;
- Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contact to which You are party, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract; and/or
- Where processing is necessary for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations to which the Fund or Cygnum Capital and Cygnum Capital Group are subject.
For the processing of data that is not central to our contractual or regulatory obligations, you have the right to withdraw your consent and request that we stop processing and to delete such data at any time.
3. Profiling and automated decision-making
We do not use data profiling or automated decision-making as defined under Article 22 GDPR and UK GDPR.
4. Third-party data processing
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
In the case of a personal data breach, we shall notify the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or other competent supervisory authority, as applicable, and affected data subjects, where required by law, without undue delay and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of such breach.
Each service provider of the Fund, acting as data processor, shall also in turn notify to the Fund without undue delay in the event of such a data security incident.
In order to fulfil our obligations arising from contact or applicable laws, certain personal data may be transmitted to other service providers, professional advisers or regulatory authorities/local government authorities.
Due diligence is performed on such third parties to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and our data systems are maintained and backed up by external IT service providers located within the UK, EU, or other jurisdictions that are deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, or which are otherwise contractually bound to comply with GDPR and UK GDPR requirements.

• adequacy decisions recognised under applicable law.
The commitments relating to the protection of personal data herein shall apply mutatis mutandis to all data processors identified by us.
6. Provision of data
Please note that if you choose to provide any personal information to us via any of the contact facilities listed on this Website, we may process such information in order to respond to your queries or for operational and administrative purposes. This information will not be transferred to third parties without your permission, except as required under a legal obligation such as to comply with the Fund’s regulatory or contractual obligations.
In particular, please note that any queries and or complaints addressed to the Fund at its registered office or by e-mail to fei@cygnumcapital.com, may primarily be processed on behalf of the Fund by Cygnum Capital or Cygnum Capital Group and other service providers of the Fund if needed.
Please note that the Fund has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of retaliation towards complainants, and you have the right to remain anonymous when submitting claims. If you choose to remain anonymous, please understand that we will not be able to provide you with any follow-up reporting regarding the status of investigations or handling and resolution of the matter. Any and all claims received on any anonymous basis will nonetheless be treated seriously and handled in accordance with the policies applicable to the Fund.
7. Personal data retention
We will process your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, reporting, or internal policy requirements.
In any case, your personal data will be retained for a period of at least 5-years or up to 7-years if at the request by a competent regulatory authority.
For those data processes which are not strictly necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations arising from contract or applicable laws, you have the right to object to the processing and storage of your data and the right to request for your data to be securely deleted.
